Wholesaler Policy Addendum

Last updated: April 2026

1. Purpose

This addendum defines the specific rules, processes, and obligations for wholesaler accounts on the WedoCOD platform, operated by 33SKAMAL LLC. It supplements the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Registration & Approval Process

  • Wholesalers register through the designated registration flow accessible via /wholesaler/register on the marketing site, which redirects to the WedoCOD application system.
  • Upon registration, a wholesaler account is created in a pending state. No platform access is granted at this stage.
  • All wholesaler accounts undergo a review process. WedoCOD may accept, reject, or request additional information before granting access.
  • The review process evaluates the completeness and legitimacy of the submitted business information. This is a lightweight verification — not a legal audit.

3. Account Activation & Access

  • Only approved and activated wholesaler accounts may access the dashboard, list products, or participate in platform operations.
  • Pending wholesalers cannot sell, publish products, manage orders, or access any operational features.
  • WedoCOD reserves the right to deactivate or suspend a wholesaler account at any time if the account violates these terms or the platform's Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Business Data & Verification

  • During registration, wholesalers provide business data including: business name, business type, city, phone number, and business description.
  • This data is stored securely as part of the user account profile and is used exclusively for verification and platform operations.
  • WedoCOD supports various business types common in the Moroccan market, including: auto-entrepreneur, SARL/company structures, cooperatives (ta3awonya), industrial/factory entities, and freelancers.
  • Business verification is lightweight and operational in nature. WedoCOD does not perform legal audits or certify business compliance.

5. Wholesaler Obligations

  • Wholesalers must provide accurate and truthful business information during registration.
  • Wholesalers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date business information on their account.
  • Wholesalers must comply with all applicable local business laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.
  • Wholesalers must adhere to the platform's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms & Conditions at all times.

6. Platform Responsibility

  • WedoCOD provides the software tools and operational infrastructure for wholesaler operations. It is not a legal guarantor, business partner, or regulatory authority.
  • WedoCOD is not responsible for the business legality, tax compliance, or regulatory status of any wholesaler.
  • WedoCOD is not responsible for disputes, agreements, or transactions between wholesalers and other platform users or third parties.

7. Moroccan Market Context

The WedoCOD platform is designed primarily for businesses operating in Morocco but is not limited to Moroccan users. The platform accommodates the local SME ecosystem, including auto-entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and various company structures. Users operating in Morocco must comply with Moroccan commercial law, tax regulations, and applicable business registration requirements.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Users are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. WedoCOD does not provide legal, tax, or business advisory services. The platform's approval of a wholesaler account does not constitute endorsement, certification, or validation of the business's legal standing. For legal advice, users should consult qualified professionals in their jurisdiction.
