1. Purpose
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the WedoCOD platform operated by 33SKAMAL LLC. All users must comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Products
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing products
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Stolen goods or products obtained illegally
- Products that violate intellectual property rights
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or toxic substances
- Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or vaping supplies
- Prescription medications or unapproved medical devices
- Products that promote hate, violence, or discrimination
3. Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
- Manipulating the COD system to commit fraud (fake orders, fake returns)
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or fee structures
- Submitting false or misleading product information
- Harassing or threatening other users, delivery partners, or WedoCOD staff
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Using the platform for any illegal activity under applicable law
4. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in: warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of pending payouts, and/or legal action. WedoCOD reserves the right to review any product or account at any time.
