Service & Delivery Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Service Overview
WedoCOD, operated by 33SKAMAL LLC, is a SaaS platform that provides eCommerce operational tools including order management, call center confirmation workflows, shipping coordination, and COD management. WedoCOD is a software provider — we are not the seller, the delivery company, or the payment processor.
2. How Delivery Works
- A customer places an order through the seller's store.
- The order is confirmed by the call center via the WedoCOD platform.
- The order is assigned to a third-party delivery partner for fulfillment.
- The delivery partner delivers the product and collects Cash on Delivery (COD) payment from the customer.
- Funds are transferred through the logistics partner. WedoCOD deducts applicable service fees and the remaining balance is transferred to the seller.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners and may vary based on the customer's location, weather conditions, logistics capacity, customs processing, and other external factors. WedoCOD does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Failed & Refused Deliveries
- If a customer refuses the delivery, the product is returned to the seller or warehouse. No service fee is charged to the seller for refused orders.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer, the delivery partner will attempt redelivery per their policy.
- Sellers are not charged for orders that are not successfully delivered.
5. Responsibility Matrix
- Seller: Product quality, product legality, accurate product descriptions, customer satisfaction, refunds.
- Delivery Partner: Physical transportation, delivery timelines, COD payment collection, handling of goods during transit.
- WedoCOD: Providing the SaaS platform, operational tools, call center workflow, shipping coordination software, and fee management.
6. Service Availability
WedoCOD strives for 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.
